A Night to Remember

On April 14th, we made history with this beautiful wedding at the Mayernick Center!   What better way to celebrate a new beginning than by taking time to appreciate the past?  This wedding was centered around the couple’s love for wine, candlelight, and history.  Each element was incorporated and displayed in its own unique way.   The escort cards were placed in wine corks, and tables held the names of historical figures, while the whole reception area was adorned with beautiful votives.   The couple chose an all white wedding, with touches of lilac and green, allowing each and every detail to stand out and be noticed.  Their cake could not have fit in more perfectly with their color palette – an all white cake allowed the light touches of purple and green to vibrantly pop!  Their new monogram was displayed on the dance floor, allowing everyone to see the past become the present as this bride took on a new last name!  They also included an ice sculpture into their wedding in the shape of an old fashioned scroll, decorated with their names and a feather quill to match!  This wedding was definitely one for the books, and will certainly go down in history!  Check out the pictures below if you don’t believe us!

How will you make history with your wedding?  What things do you and your other half share that you could incorporate into your big day?
